How Can I Honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month

  1. Spread the word about Breast Cancer Awareness Month on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or Pinterest)
  2. Host a virtual fundraiser or Facebook fundraiser for National Breast Cancer Foundation
  3. Share a personal story of how you or a loved one has been affected by Breast Cancer
  4. Wear a Pink Ribbon!
  5. Schedule your mammogram
  6. Participate in a run or walk.

I have hosted a number of online fundraisers for cancer walks. I would love to talk to you about your fundraising goals and how we can partner. Origami Owl jewelry also has an amazing inscriptions line and can customize your fundraiser or team with a logo or hashtag jewelry or keychains.

Think Goodness is a brand collective and during your fundraiser people can shop all four brands and each purchase would support your cause. Having the ability to shop various products on one website can increase the number of orders and size of each other.

The best time of year to host fundraisers is during the holiday gifting season, November through second week in December. And the second is the weeks leading up to Mother’s Day. Fundrasers happen all year, so don’t be disappointed if you are outside one of the two times listed above. Contact me to schedule your fundraiser!

When you make a Think Goodness purchase, we donate a portion of our profits directly to our official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Giving Goodness Foundation™.

Through the Giving Goodness Foundation, we turn 96 cents from every dollar donated into Random Acts of Goodness!

If you know someone who might need assistance at this time due to breast cancer expenses, we invite you to join us in creating a ripple effect of good (and restoring hope) by nominating them on our Giving Goodness Foundation website.

If they are selected, the Giving Goodness Foundation will bless them with a Random Act of Goodness.

Thoughtful Gift for any Woman Grieving the Loss of her Baby

Flowers are a great way to bring color and reminder of the love and support from friends and family. I purchased two butterfly bushes when I lost my set of twins. It was a difficult loss, which sent me to the emergency room and lingering health issues for months. So many different animals can represent those who have departed. I saw butterflies fluttering around the yard and thought the metamorphosis from caterpillar to butterfly was beautiful.

Meaningful Messages of Hope and Love after Pregnancy Loss

Some types of animals have even been said to be bearers of very specific kinds of messages, for instance, ladybugs are said to be a good omen, offering assurance, particularly when things seem to be at their darkest, that not all is lost. Butterflies and birds, especially cardinals and blue jays, have long been seen as messengers that a departed loved one is still watching over you. Do you have an animal you look for as a sign of the infinite love of someone who has passed?

October 15th is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. My newsfeed in October is peppered with the women affected. One in four women will experience this loss. On the last day of October I broke my silence on my group Facebook page.

Why do I love this company? The jewelry tells my story! I have had a total of five miscarriages. Sharing stories with other woman you will find you are not alone. Once you open up women will share their stories of pregnancy / infant loss and miscarriage.

It feels hopeless in the moment, but many have a special gift after a loss, a rainbow baby is a treasure; a rainbow after so many tears.

To anyone going through this now, the sunshine does come out after the rain to create a rainbow.
